To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Request Form with the necessary details. Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with the next steps. Please ensure the form is submitted within 7 days of delivery to remain eligible for return or replacement.

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the item does not meet your expectations or if there are issues with the size, please contact us within this time frame to initiate the return process. Requests received after the 7-day window will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Packaging Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process and support our sustainability efforts, please return the product in the original corrugated packaging it was delivered in. Proper packaging helps maintain the condition of the item during transit.

Quality Check Procedure
All returned items are subject to a quality inspection by our team upon receipt. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Once approved, we will deliver your replacement within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Accepted Return Reasons
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product differs in size from what was ordered

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition

Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.
